Senior Portfolio Accountant Responsible for financial management for a private client's portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial assets as well as a government portfolio of commercial assets. Key responsibilities include preparing monthly owner reporting, budget & audit preparation, consolidated portfolio reporting, client relationship management as well as cash flow management. In recent years, I have also been responsible for portfolio transitions from incumbent agents on both State level and National level.
