The Roadside Pro App never made it to the launching phase, due to lack of Investment funds.

Heldregular Service Provider meetings with my network of providers, to discuss Member Satisfaction and theimportance of the Totally Satisfied Member Experience.

Oversee roadside assistance provided tomembers by independent contract stations, to assure quality member service and adherence toestablished Club policies and procedures. Serve as liaison among the Club, independent contractstations, district offices, and members to enhance service delivery and member satisfaction. Investigateissues to assure a timely and equitable resolution/response to any disputes or problems which mayarise. Assess damage to property, for claims against our Contractors. Inspect vehicles, determine repaircost and if specific damage could have happened, due to the service provided.
