CurrentOwnership and implementation of a strategic vision to achieve business objectives as agreed with key stakeholders.Product StrategyThe creation, implementation, management, and optimization of the following strategies:• Product Vision: a product vision balancing innovation with business objectives.• Product Roadmap: a rolling 12-month Product Roadmap, with supporting SDLC workflow schedules, ensuring the smooth transition of projects from initiation through to release.• SDLC Model: a flexible and functional SDLC model that delivers the product roadmap through pre-production, production, and release.• Pre-production: the consistent stream of innovative games ready for development in line with the Product Roadmap and the SDLC Model.• Production: the production of games in line with the Product Roadmap and the SDLC Model.• Release: game sign off from final testing, certification in all appropriate markets and release to the CDN in line with the publisher roadmap.Leadership• Lead the game design team (game designers, artists, mathematicians, and technical writers).• Lead cross-functional development teams (developers, artists, testers, team leads) to ensure a high level of product quality and delivery.• Lead technical project managers to ensure games are taken through the release processes, including final sign off testing, market certifications and market release.• Oversees all aspects of the teams by facilitating and resolving issues, through effective problem solving and communication skills.• Build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships across the business.• Create and maintain a culture of support, enablement, ownership, and accountability.• Conduct performance appraisals of direct employees at least twice a year.• Monitor performance of direct employees on an ongoing basis and takes effective steps to deal with non-performance.
