- Proficiently conduct intake psychosocial assessments of outpatient clients, providing clinical diagnosis according to DSM-IV-TR, under clinical supervision of Aging Specialist, LSCSW - Create treatment plans and provide evidence-based interventions for clients struggling with anxiety, mood, thought and/or personality disorders; provide individual therapy with strong emphasis on mindfulness breathing, CBT and/or DBT skills including interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation and distress tolerance- Co-lead adolescent and adult DBT groups for suicidal adults and adolescents with borderline personality disorder; lead mindfulness modules; attend to group process; keep accurate progress notes; participate in therapist consult meetings

Create, in close collaboration with a copywriter, the look and feel of the brand for various retirement communities. Deliver concepts and well-executed designs for ad campaigns, marketing communications and brand identities. Work closely with client service to ensure that the work is on strategy and on budget. Direct others to help ensure the brand standards are consistently observed.
