• Work in APAC based team to develop and maintain two virtualization platforms for AT&T’s global enterprise customers – one edge and one private cloud (Openstack) platform• Secure platforms: minimize attack surface, OS hardening, implement encryption, Firewalls, AAA, logging, regular scanning and reviews• Create standardized designs, documentation and orchestration templates ensuring consistency• Onboard, test and optimize multi-vendor solutions (Router, Firewall, SD-WAN, WAN Acceleration, Voice, L3-7 Switch…) to establish and maintain a competitive catalogue of VM options and integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, Teams…)• Take ownership of high impact/profile customer and/or platform issues to resolution• Lead design discussions with high profile customers: Cisco, IBM, Fedex, Siemens, OneWeb…• Create procedure documents, conduct training with 3rd party support vendors• Give product presentations to AT&T technical designers and sellers globally

• Dedicated onsite customer engineer for an Optus Business insurance client• Perform Cisco collaboration upgrades, network configuration changes, testing and documentation• Conduct in-depth troubleshooting on service-related issues and consult on new technologies

• Dedicated onsite customer engineer for leading Australian investment bank• Lead engineer to design, document HLD/LLD and implement full site hardware refresh (Cisco routers, Riverbed WANx, Cisco core switches, Cisco ASA firewalls and Cisco IP Telephony with voice recording) across multiple global locations• Write change control documentation detailing change timelines, implementation, rollback, configurations and test procedures• Create step by step implementation instructions to be carried out by hardware installers, cabling companies, data center personnel & global AT&T implementation teams• Troubleshoot network and IP Telephony service issues• Perform major system upgrades• Perform all operations under the strict change control and compliance policies required by the financial industry.

• Oversee Cisco Advanced Services throughout the build of a Cisco HCS (Hosted Collaboration Solution)• Participate and verify NRFU (Network Ready for User) Testing• Responsible for diagnosing and resolving all UC related issues discovered during detailed testing by Vodafone’s dedicated testing team• Work with Operations Team to implement and test end to end alerting for the APAC HCS platform• Plan and participate in stress testing on the newly built systems in conjunction with multiple teams and participate in handover procedures into the Operations Team
