I moved on to prosecute public officials as a solicitor/advocate within the Director of Public Prosecutions Special Crime Unit. This led has led to a lengthy career supporting, conducting and leading major crime and corruption investigation operations domestically (with the Royal Commission into the NSW Police, the NSW Police, the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption, and the NSW Crime Commission) and internationally (as Deputy Director (Operations) at Botswana's Directorate on Corruption and Economic Crime).I have a demonstrated ability to take on and develop difficult legal/ investigation operations and make them work, with a focus on:- providing client responsive services-developing and refining core processes, and- empowering staff.I have a capacity to analyse and address the most complex operational and legal situations as they arise in a corruption / major crime investigation context.I have extensive experience in developing and training staff in the conduct of investigations.
