As an Area manager I lead and manage 30-45 employees to ensure warehouse operates efficiently. This includes but not limited to recording inventory entering and leaving the production floor; and working cross functionally with suppliers, carriers, and plants to ensure production runs throughout Stellantis Assembly. Key responsibilities: Inventory control: Foresee discrepancy investigation, resolution, inventory placement and communication with part numbers.Operations: Oversee general Inbound and Outbound operationsTransportation and Logistics: Keep track and manage outbound trailers through SCAC and suppliersSupervise and Lead: Work in a Union site with 65+ dockmen per shift ensuring production functions through departments and associate engagement.

As an HR Partner I work alongside other Worldwide Operations People Experience and Technology professionals to innovate, implement and deploy HR strategies focused on employee engagement, internal customer service, talent management, organizational effectiveness and workforce planning. As a Senior Human Resources Assistant, I provide hands on support to Associates, Area managers, Operation managers, and HR Business Partners. As an ATLAS Process Assistant, I worked alongside Area managers to allocate labor, assigning job duties based off operational needs, and providing coaching for associates. In this role I was responsible for escalating barriers to senior operations, ensure managers were completed tickets on time, and execute standard work in the areas of Safety, Quality and Productivity to meet daily operational goals.Accomplishments:• Mentor and guide 150+ associates on outbound process and rise pick units per hour rate from 32UPH to 45UPH within a production week.• 1st ATLAS PA to prevent all departments from missing trouble tickets in a given production week.

As a quality assurance associate I found and resolved any issues with production in the fulfillment center. While using research tools and general knowledge to prevent mistakes and defects. I was responsible with audits and processing documentations. Trained and certified on Reach and Clamp truck.Accomplishments:• Implemented inventory management to prevent risk in production, reduce safety risk and damaged customer shipments.• Collecting 100+ customer shipments throughout the fulfillment center within 25 minutes to ensure critical pull time was meant to be shipped to customer.

General member of the largest and oldest professional fraternity. Attended/hosted a variety of different professional events such as resume and interview workshops, career fairs, seminars, and meet and greets with top companies. As a member I also engaged in many service events throughout the enter cities of Detroit providing and supporting the city.

As a pledge educator I overseen 21 pledge mates and taught fraternal knowledge for preparedness for fraternal entry exam. In this role I was in charge of all fundraising activities/events for the fraternity. Walk-thru and train each new member of their particular job rather it be a service rep or food rep. Evaluate and offer feedback on crew member staff performance. Make sure staff was hitting the necessary time for each order, weight size for every individual food item, and assisted with customer issues. Prepped the food for each particular shift making sure the line was stocked and ready. Advised managers of problems with performance of crew members and report store incidents rather it be customer problems or store equipment failure.Accomplishments:• Decrease drive-thru wait times from 7:52 to 2:53 seconds
