Prior to his current role, Douglas served as the lead for organization design for Hewlett-Packard Co.’s printing and imaging franchise, a business strategist for Hewlett-Packard Co.’s commercial software business, and a Faculty Associate at Arizona State University. Douglas has an enduring commitment to community service having served on the board of a private school, and a non-profit organization serving the economically displaced.
