Manage quality assurance operations across agile development teams and multiple platforms. Oversee the QA team and serve as a key tester, organize and prioritize testing, collaborate with internal stakeholders, define roadmaps, strategic priorities, business requirements, and processes aligned with the larger organizational objectives. Develop tools and integrations for increased automation of QA workflows across multiple platforms, administrator of the automated testing servers and maintain testing tools including PlayWright Bamboo, Oracle, and JIRA.

Manage quality assurance operations to ensure high-quality mobile and desktop software applications. Serve as key tester, provide technical guidance, coordinate release schedules, execute manual and automated tests, identify compatibility issues, analyze defects, and communicate critical issues to management. Continuously improve the quality assurance program, and maintain testing tools and platforms including TestComplete, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, and VMWare Server.

Serve as a key member of software development team for software as a service product. Work in iterative development environment with frequently changing requirements and feature sets.• Played a key role in transitioning from Waterfall to Agile test framework for a healthcare data analytics website; implemented 4-6 week sprints, collaborating with development with daily standup meetings and used test automation to plan effort for each release.• Create and execute manual and automated scripts against product releases, builds and enhancements. Document software defects using bug tracking system. Discuss critical issues with the software developers found during testing cycle• Implement, configure and maintain Sahi Pro automated testing tool for web applications. Integrate with Jenkins for continuous integration of automated smoke and regression testing• Administer and maintain JIRA and Confluence instances and other plug-ins for optimal use.
