At Meister I was working on the MeisterTask web application which is being used by over 3 million users worldwide. I implemented big features (e.g. Reports, Reactions, ...) and helped the team to introduce scrum best practices.I worked mostly with React, JavaScript, GraphQL, CSS-in-JS, and functional programming.

I led the development of a small scrum team, coached new employees and took over the responsibility to establish best practices for front-end development within the company.
