In 2019, I founded Mentor Tecnologia to specialize in providing services to large companies. I took this step because Softcam Soluções is located in Braço do Norte, Santa Catarina—a small city with limited opportunities. Mentor Tecnologia was very successful, forming partnerships and developing the software currently used by Cervejaria Ambev in all its over 1,500 branches in Brazil, with more than 35,000 users, and also in other countries. In this software, I developed functions for uploading and advanced document searching, as well as OCR generation (using Tesseract and Google Vision) for character recognition in images. This artificial intelligence was used to facilitate the quick and efficient search of documents (invoices, receipts, etc.), enabling users to find an invoice by its number in seconds, since all OCR data is indexed in the database. The partner company now has more than 120 employees, where 100 people are responsible for digitizing documents sent by Ambev by truck and uploading them into the system, where a zip file is created with the attached documents in image formats (tif, jpg, png). Upon insertion into the system, I developed a program to identify characters on each page and attach them in the database, and ultimately create a PDF for viewing and also a preview of the first page. I currently coordinate about 15 programmers, as I was the sole creator of the software since 2019, so I assist them in developing quickly and resolve any doubts about the software and the MySQL database mapping. The database currently holds over 200 million records, which I designed alone to support this load. The partner company has hubs in the USA, Brazil, and Norway, and this is my current job. Due to contractual reasons, I cannot share code information or visually demonstrate these functionalities.

At Softcam Soluções, I gained extensive experience in the Legislative and Executive sectors. The company currently offers solutions in the legislative area and also has integrations with the executive branch. I worked there for 5 years as a Full Stack PHP Developer and Server Administrator, and when I started in 2013, the company had about 20 clients. By 2018, when I left, they had more than 500 clients with projections of merging with other companies in the same field to double or triple their client base. At this company, I also participated in the profit-sharing due to the merit of my potential and recognition. One of my roles in this company was also to manage Unix (FreeBSD) and Linux (Ubuntu) servers, where we installed servers at client sites to run the software offline as well as to integrate and automate microphone cuts for council members' podiums. We also implemented A1 and A3 digital signatures in the software, adding even greater value for the clients.

Since 2009/2010, I discovered my passion for computers and technology, which began during that period when I took my first course in computer assembly and maintenance. From there, I started performing formats and maintenance on computers, and in 2011 I started working at Cia da Tecnologia, further expanding my knowledge in the areas of networks, servers, security cameras, and hardware.
