With over 25 years of experience as a Communications expert, web developer and multimedia designer, I am passionate about creating innovative and engaging digital solutions that enhance the online presence and user experience of the City of Pittsburgh. I have a Master of Science in Multimedia Technology Management and Communications from Duquesne University where I graduated summa cum laude (4.0 GPA). In 2020 I received certification in ITIL, and am always looking for new opportunities to advance my knowledge of communication and marketing strategies.As the Assistant Manager of Communication Services, I belong to a team of talented professionals who provide a range of services, such as web development, video production, print design, and infographics, to various departments and agencies within the city government. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand the needs and expectations of Coty employees as well as citizens of Pittsburgh, and aim to deliver high-quality products that meet established goals and standards. I also ensure that our team follows the best practices and policies for web accessibility, branding guidelines, marketing practices and consistency of design standards as related to the City of Pittsburgh.
