My name is Martin, I’m an enterprise architect with 14 years of experience in the software development area. - My expertise is building robust, maintainable, scalable, secure and data intensive SaaS products, infrastructures and architectures with hands-on contribution but also with building and leading teams of engineers. - Throughout the whole career I have been involved into teaching and creating successful engineers. On one hand, 3 years as ISTQB and Microsoft Certified Trainer at Semos, training more than 200 students across 4 countries and 40 different courses and creating a study programme for Game development academy. And on the other hand, as a CEO and Founder of a software development company, preparing and teaching special internship programs which yielded more than 70 successful engineers. - For the last 3 years I have been heavily involved in building Spoke.AI (recently acquired by Salesforce - Slack AI team 🙌), an AI product that prioritises, aggregates and summarises notifications across product builders workspace. As a Product Engineering Lead I have been involved in building the software development team and all engineering parts of the product.
