Handling all kind of projects (from BAU to digital) in relation to Mastercard products and services, with special focus to digital and core. Communication with customers and vendors, clarifications re Mastercard products and services functionalities, implementation models and prices. In charge for several markets. Support to sales.

• Reporting directly to the Executive board, in charge for strategic decisions and planning, product development and product efficiency, operations • Product development and project management (debit, credit and charge, personal and corporate cards), integration of cards with other bank products and services • Relationship management and negotiation: Relationship management and coordination with third party processors, international and domestic payment systems (MasterCard, VISA, NBS-Dina Card), negotiation, contracting, communication and coordination of all activities with vendors and outsourcing companies. • Marketing: Close cooperation with marketing department, definition and coordination of marketing activities.• Manage card business efficiency: Processes optimization and efficiency • New technologies:- Implementation project of 3D secure protocol for internet payments with MasterCard (MasterCard Secure code) and VISA (Verified by VISA)- Implementation project of MasterCard EMS (Expert monitoring system), neural network based fraud cracking tool- HCE - Mobile proximity payment project with MasterCard (MCBP), MeaWallet Norway and ChipCard Serbia - Mobile phone QR code based: card-less ATM transaction, building of ecosystem merchant / social network / loyalty program / mobile payment and P2P money transfer (experimental phase)• Managing and supervising Card Dpt. daily operations: call centre and customer care, fight against fraud (prevention, detection and reaction), claims, charge back, clearing & settlement, making of statistics, reports (internal & external), analyses of payment card business, procedures, creation of business policy and business plans, budget planning (in charge for budget of 1,5 MEUR, 30% of total yearly bank budget).

• Daily operations: files/reports exchange with processors, transactions posting, clearing & settlement booking, reporting, solving exceptions, collection, call center and costumer care activities, communication with processors (First Data Hellas and Chip Card Serbia), monitoring of cardholders transactions, ATM and POS cash networks, credit control and supervising of the process of card issuing (debit and credit), introductions and bank staff training.• Product development and project management: definition and implementation of all processes and daily operations routines after implementation of card business into bank: MasterCard/Dina Card (debit, credit, personal and business card, ATM and POS cash network). Creation, improvement and development of CMS (card module) and integration into core banking application, product offer definition. • Relationship management: contact person with third party processors, international and domestic payment systems, vendors and outsourcing companies
