Part of my vision also includes incorporating the need for planning a healthy lifestyle around exercise, nutrition and healthy habits. I have a certification in personal training through NASM and a podcast called Mingle with Pringle that is an open forum for financial, health and wellness professionals to provide inspiration and information on the connection between health and wealth. I also work part-time as a Fitness Coach designing and implementing programs for individuals to help them maximize strength, flexibility and endurance.
