Now working as a professional, I'm passionate about all aspects of sports training, and I am particularly interested in athletes' physical preparation. With my scientific knowledge and experience I provide athletes with rigorous, diverse, and creative tools to help them excel in their performance.I am committed, organised, helpful, and highly motivated to grow professionally. I thrive in multidisciplinary professional teams, where I plan and execute training plans aligned with the athletes' development and the team’s collective goals.Currently studying a Masters in High-Performance Sports Training at Universidade do Porto.
