Responsible for pre-sales, consulting and implementation services for customers in the areas of route, switch and security. This includes all design work, network implementation and followup documentation.

Current position is that of Network Architect CCIE in the ATU (Advanced Technology Unit) at Unisys U.S.A corporate office. 1) Ten years of customer support for large range of Cisco Enterprise hardware, providing Tier 4 troubleshooting support, design support and consulting services2) Evaluation, Implementation and training of new technologies to enhance the service offering of the network managed services for the NOC3) Transition new customers into the network managed services in a timely and efficient manner. This includes initial meetings and proposals to the new customer, ensuring connectivity to the network for the collection stations, formulating router and switch management specific standardization scripts, training Operations group on the specifics of the new client etc.5) Perform designing, planning evaluation and implementation of network solutions infrastructure across local and wide area network systems.
