• Supporting, investigating issues and delivering resolutions for all other SAP systems & IS-U/CRM modules; XI, Solution Manager, Billing, FI-CA, CRM (including WebClient), Device Management, UCES.
• Responsible for creating reports/queries for the various different areas of the business using SAP query & ABAP.
• Further developing knowledge of ABAP coding to extend possibilities of reporting and meet the ever growing needs of the business.
• Carrying out SAP basis tasks to optimize the performance of the system and prevent downtime, as well as maintain backups within SAP & Veritas backup Exec.
• Responsible for all user maintenance/security tasks as well as SAP licence auditing, including profile administration, role administration, user creation/maintenance and licence data.
