Supported delivery of synergies and a high-performing integrated business model with a common business system platform, driving process standardization and data accuracy.

The US operating division of BlueScope Steel comprises five separate businesses operating across the steel value chain with 4,000+ employees and 29 manufacturing facilities serving customers in the United States, Canada and Mexico.Directed the budgeting, planning and management reporting process for the North America organization (five business units) and responsible for cash management activities.
