At Elsevier, I joined an Innovation Team tasked to explore the viability of a green field product. The product would bring rich 3D modeling of the human anatomy for medical professionals, integrated within their eHR System, to help them to explain a medical condition or surgical procedure to a patient and send interactive models to a patient with their Patient Education material.I was responsible for designing the Product Experience, creating the clickable prototypes that were used in user testing, UX Research and then preparing the final designs for the product features as they were tested and adjusted.

I was consulting with a young startup in India that was exploring a new iOT based Hardware+Software product. The product is targeted for small restaurants and retail shops that works on the concept of an ATM for prepared food products.I designed the MVP Vendor Portal that would allow the vendor to manage and track their products & transactions and the conceptual designs for the Customer facing Mobile Application that would be used to find products, place order, make payment and unlock the iOT device to pick up the ordered product.

Responsible for the design & development of Risk, Compliance & Banking product suites which are designed to provide Incident Tracking, Risk Assessment, Risk Mitigation, Audit Management, Policy, Contracts and Vendor Management solutions with multi-source content integration, a custom Workflow and Rules Engine and a robust reporting capability with an integrated Reporting engine. One product suite is built for the Healthcare Compliance space in the US and the other is built for the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) space in Europe. The platform and the products have multi-lingual support and are localizable as per the clients’ needs, provide HIPAA compliant services to integrate with external systems, 3rd Party applications and secure submission of protected data,.
