Throughout my career in pharmacy and pharmacy management, one theme that has always stood out in every role that I've taken has been cooperation. Whether that means working collaboratively alongside one or more individuals or helping other individuals work alongside each other, cooperation has been a critical skill to employ. Learning to work with and lead diverse groups has pushed me to develop as an individual and help others to do the same.What pharmacy often lacked for me was the challenge of creating and executing new and creative solutions to persistent problems. This ultimately led me to discover and enroll in Tech Elevator's Java boot camp. Spending time with Java and SQL and learning to use software like IntelliJ and has given me that outlet that I was seeking. After graduating, I'm looking forward to joining a company with a strong team atmosphere where I can lend my blend of critical thinking and team-building to the success of the company while continuing to grow as a developer.
