Distinguished Legal Career - Highlights► Legal career exceeded overall cost savings/mitigation of up to $200M. Drove series of “footprint optimization” negotiations, which eliminated $60M over 10 years and another $3M in labor savings.► Overall, negotiated over 100 CBAs and labor agreements and prevailing in 28 of 29 contested union organizing campaigns. ► Orchestrated divestiture agreement with 3 trade unions, returning $55M to the corporation and skyrocketing business line ROS by 57%. ► Prevailed in hostile union negotiation, recouping $20M in legal fees and machinery improvement.
