My role as an Infrastructure Support Specialist is to configure and support server and network infrastructure required to support the day to day business operations of the company. Responsible for technical support issues, software and hardware implementation, network operation, and day-to-day management of the business network infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:Server support including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of variousphysical and virtual server environments.
