One of the country's leading event solutions providers for resorts and only DJ management and development agency. He’s the main man behind launching some of the top young DJs in the scene.In 2019, Umar founded Soundscape Solutions - addressing the gap in the market for a Maldives-based music strategy and playlisting agency with international expertise and service levels. Soundscape develops music identities and curates bespoke playlists for top hotels, resorts and restaurants. Through Soundscape, Umar is able to apply his unique understanding of how to use music to enhance luxury hospitality environments and surprise and delight guests.Having built networks internationally, Umar has performed at various nightclubs in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand and Sri Lanka; playing feature guest DJ sets throughout his yearly calendar.
