Main duties:* Developing budget for an entire groupation, as well as individual branches in cooperation with company leadership* Simple and detailed reporting on regular aspects of business, as well as case specific ones* P&L, monthly and anual business reports* Reviewing past business peformance and developing future and comparative performance forecast models* Analysing financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) * Recommending changes and alternatives to reduce costs and improve financial performance* Monthly payroll reports* Creating marketing plans in cooperation with company leadership an marketing department* Registering incoming and issuing outgoing invoices* Taking care of payments to suppliers * Reconciling balance with suppliers and clients in cooperation with external accounting* Working closely with accounting department it various areas* Client and supplier communication regarding administrative, operational, and financial issues* Comparison and analysis of domestic market, both in the aspect of competiton and suppliers* Taking care of suppliers and client contracts* Communicating with technical staff with optimisation and improvement of essential business software being the imperative* Developing internal controls and policies to comply with legislation and established best practices in cooperation with company leadership* Communication with junior management, as well as other employees in order to improve day-to-day operations* Controlling branch P&L reports, manager sales reports* Taking care of various administrative responsibilites: oppening no branches in front of the appropriate government bodies, preparing documentation for product export, communication with foreign suppliers* 1st level IT support for junior management* Training new members of the management team
