Supervising and coordinating 3 departments operation - Production (basic lab equipment), Service and Maintenance (company resources maintenance). Responsible of negotiating and contracting various outsorcing process for Production facility (welding, moulding, electrostatic coating...) .

Maintenance and repair of medical laboratory equipment, customer support, planing spare parts stock, hiring and training service engineers, QMS implementation (ISO9001), service department management, assistance for product development by competitor product analysis on local market.
