I am a UX Strategist, Facilitator and Creative Technologist at Agentic Digital Media, my creative digital agency that advises and supports medium to large social change organizations in their digital ecology. I have over 25 years of experience in user experience, user research, digital strategy, website development, and creative direction for the not-for-profit sector, especially in the arts and law domains. I am also a Certified Internet Marketing Specialist and a Psychology for Digital Behavior Change certificate holder.My mission is to create and improve online experiences that are easy, simple, and engaging for diverse audiences, while advancing the social and environmental causes that I care about.
