Working on the Member Communications Team:-- Develop and maintain services that bridge the gap between CRM platforms and customer applications. One such service manages customers' notification preferences for marketing campaigns while another acts as an inbox for push notifications.

Worked on the Member Growth Team:-- Developing experiments across our Android, iOS, and Web applications to increase user growth and retention of our core product. Care Fulfillment Team:-- Developed features to aid the Clinical and Patient Advocacy teams for Care that product and engineering members of the Fulfillment team crafted. This resulted in decreased downtime for these teams whenever a third party service outage occurred in addition to providing granular support in our EMR for requesting cancellation of prescriptions that were sent to pharmacies.

Aperture team:-- Improve and maintain the Aperture product codebase using JS for our React UI and Python for our Django API server-- Lead the effort to design and develop the territory views feature for Aperture which allows users to filter entities within our Discover map

Platform UI Team:-- Redesigned our mPulse product's home page using React in order to implement useful, intuitive features for our customers -- Building a new UI using cutting edge technologies WebSockets and React using Flow and Redux in addition to optimizing the repository on the server side to account for these changes.DataScience Workbench Platform Team:-- Maintained our DSWB product's platform-side operations using Python running on a server which combines both Django and Tornado frameworksBoomerang Development Team:-- Developed a new feature for mobile Boomerang which captures native app errors on the iOS and Android platforms and reports them back to developers in real time

Worked on the mPulse Development Team:-- Developed a tool to quickly and accurately migrate data used by our real user monitoring SaaS product to a more efficient data store Worked on the TouchTest Development Team:-- Developed new features for our continuous integration mobile application testing product on both Android and iOS platforms: • Implemented support for UIAutomator test integration into the TouchTest product • Figured out how to automate 3D touches on the iPhone 6S/6S+ so the iOS version of TouchTest would support these new app actions -- Maintained and improved our Jenkins build which runs regression tests -- Fixed existing issues with our product reported by customers *SOASTA is now part of Akamai Technologies

Aided with some of the early development of PeekSeeq ranging from helping migrate the entire web app to Node.js to developing dialogs for the front-end in addition to brainstorming the AWS architecture

Worked on the Digital Democracy Front-End Team:-- Develop the User Interface functionality of the website by coding in JavaScript and HTML/CSS-- Manipulate and Program Drupal modules in PHP to achieve end UI functionality

Worked in the Hardware Department on the NAS Probe Team: -- Developed a NFS traffic analysis script in Python/Bash tracking statistics in NFS pcap traces-- Wrote a program which mapped raw pcap data to packet headers (RPC/NFS) converting them into packets for the DAL (Data Acquisition Layer) of our NAS probe-- Performed various tasks for the team from figuring out SGE job preservation on system restart to flashing images/configuring server clusters for testing purposes

Implemented Test Scripts for Emulex Network Interface Card Drivers: -- Used Perl, BASH, and C languages to develop tests using Vim -- Setup involved two ESX systems that initialized multiple Virtual Machines -- Tests evaluated the NIC's performance on throughput, network traffic, data allocation, etc.
