Subject matter expert in Service Management providing support on joint ventures and large projects. Focus on supporting the IPA Group and clients’ teams, to meet Businesses Objectives, Operational Service Levels and applicable Customer Experience and satisfaction levels during these partnerships.

Heading up Service Delivery & transformation, empowering agility and Service Management.Lead change and Incident management activities for service delivery changes and projects. Coordinate across the broader IT Teams to build dedicated capacity across people, process and technology. Manage the priority of activities across all IT teams, ensure solution meets requirements, performance is to non-functional specifications and all required documentation is in place.Provide direct supervision to teams. Provide leadership and direction to the Service Delivery teams involved in service delivery. Monitor and control the work to ensure that both Projects and Operations remain on track and in control.

Responsible for the enhancing the operational life-cycle, through the introduction of enhanced processes, business requirements gathering, structured project management and ITIL based best practices. Support and maintenance of numerous IT environments and the services provided to a large list of companies within the Insurance sector. Delivery of enhanced services & support on Active Directory, Windows and Linux servers, VMWare environments, email systems, proxy servers, mail gateways, web hosting, etc.
