• Responsible for the creation and management of the Energy Management Solutions group which assisted AUM in expanding its offerings to become a leading national energy management services provider, inclusive of energy management & sustainability planning, facility utility auditing, energy commodity procurement, variance analysis, rate & tariff analysis, budgeting, benchmarking and advanced utility reporting, in addition to AUM’s core offerings in utility invoice processing, resident billing and utility sub-metering services.• Offering Energy Management services to approximately 4,000 properties consisting of 650,000 residential apartment units, retail and commercial spaces nationwide.• Management of multi-million dollar energy commodity hedging programs in deregulated locations; over 200 GWh of electric & over 25 million therms of natural gas supply.• Evaluation of energy conservation and sustainability projects for both existing portfolio properties and future property acquisitions & developments.
