Contracted as the Operations Manager to improve systems as well as design and implement SOPs across all departments and brands associated with The Coffee Collective.Assisted in two acquisitions, a second cafe for CH29, and a 4th brand, Aspire Coffee Roasters.

We specialize in telling your story.I am honored to have been trained under Shawn and Gary (who hold a collective experience of over 50 years in the graphic design industry) and from starting as a part-time freelancer providing video editing, to being trained in the day-to-day operations of handling new proposals, planning and attending client meetings, and working one-on-one with clients on various needs, I have learned what it means to place the client and their needs first, and never giving less that 100% on every job. I assist in website development, maintenance, and redesigns, as well as developing and implementing social media marketing strategies.

I started my journey with G-MAN Graphics as a freelance video editor and working on various promotional and educational videos for clients. Projects included capturing, digesting, organizing, editing, and coloring footage, and eventually creating motion graphics for titles and callouts in our work.

I was tasked with overseeing the transportation efforts of this feature-length film shot on-site in Estes Park.

Producer for season 1 of Daily Thunder.A few of my responsibilities:- Oversaw and ran the filming of a weekly, 5 part video-podcast series- Worked with the executive team in strategizing the production process - Coordinated with speakers to achieve the quality of content desired by the organization and respective partners.This ended June 2021

- Overseeing and coordinating the live simulcast of training videos- Designing and building a new, streamlined mobile production unit for use in numerous locations as well as with half the manpower. I would later transition out of this role after training a successor.

This consisted of working on a team of 2-3 individuals on live productions.

Produced a 16 min mini-documentary on the life of a woman who currently lives at the Genesis Project and who has been able to take advantage of their services, which is to establish a two to three year support system for single moms and their children.

This job offered an incredible opportunity to meet the locals in Windsor, Colorado, and engage with them in unique conversations, learning about their interests and passions. And it certainly gave me the opportunity to pursue and enjoy my passion and love for coffee, all while finishing my senior year of high school.

Maintaining approx. 280 acres (13 ponds, 5 trap ranges, archery course, etc.) for the use of youth and their mentors to connect through outdoor activities while creating a natural habitat for wildlife to thrive in.
