I've designed my own 45 hours long "Game & Narrative design" course, currently educating 3rd student generation. The curriculum is based on my business experience and extensive literature research in both fields. I'm specifically proud of my Gamification concept: each student is a party member in a complex sheet table. They have weekly monster challenges that can be won by writing homework, participating in the course, giving feedback, etc. This way they can learn how to use complex sheet formulas to design gameplay balance.

My team started to grow so I took on a lead role to foster fast-paced changes within my two departments. My responsibilities shifted to team management, work assessments, general feedback, leading internal SCRUM meets... I’ve also cooperated with HR department in search of new team members, participated in job interviews, and reviewed application tests. In the end, my team consisted of five members.Regarding the prototype, I cooperated closely with my producer and managed my team in order to reach deadlines. This also included cooperating with other team leads (art, programming, QA) in order to share information and ensure everybody are on the same page. If there was a need, I would also join the meeting with our HQ producer to discuss HQ feedback on our prototype.

After the company’s acquisition by Playrix, my first task was to support this change via adjusting our design and narrative processes. I was reviewing Playrix’s best practices and knowledge base to define how to implement them into our production pipeline.During this period, we’ve started working on an undisclosed project and we were developing internal prototypes. I was working with a predefined project vision by developing its main meta and core game features. Also, I’ve developed several narrative prototype propositions.

Working on the next generation of a free to play HO game, today I primarily focus on game design tasks. I deconstruct and design various game systems which are implemented into the game. I take into consideration that my designs are reasonably demanding for the art department while I also specify the precious details for my programming team members. When my schedule allows it, I write main game storyline and design quest systems. As a narrative designer, I absolutely strive to make every text unique, personal and captivating.

My tasks expanded so I’ve started to write GDDs for small HOPA episodes for new updates in Twin Moons: Object Finding Game. These episodes had around 30 minutes of relatively simple gameplay in a point and click style. I also oversaw the whole production process starting with the concept art, 2D and 3D art, some animation and video work if necessary, programming, QA and localizations.During this period I also had some minor tasks on time-management game projects and I’ve cooperated in a team evaluation process. I had many opportunities to hone leadership skills which resulted in quite positive feedback from the colleagues.

Taking over various tasks in the game development process, primarily on free to play Twin Moons®: Object Finding Game published by G5 Entertainment. I’ve learned much about processes in all departments: 2D and 3D art, programming, QA and narrative design. Very soon I took over all narrative tasks, took care of the team schedule and I’ve started to carry out various game design tasks.

Managing projects through whole project cycle, starting from presales phase to the maintenance. During the project management I focused on client management, needs assessment, product specification development and delivery service while taking care of contact provisions.
