Office Administrator
Current•Supports General Manager and entire staff of 35 with daily administrative duties; answer phones, distribute mail, manage calendars•Supports Founding Partner with travel, calendar, expense reports, and timesheets•Organize and submit expense reports for entire office•Arrange all travel, lodging and transportation for General Manager and Vice Presidents •Work with human resources to arrange for candidate interviews and handle all on-boarding for new hires•Work with marketing team to create qualification and proposal packets, as well as company collateral•Coordinate monthly staff meetings; create agenda and presentation, handle all necessary research and arrange lunches•Plan and coordinate all office events, including summer outings, happy hours and annual company meeting •Work with Project Coordinators and Project Managers during monthly draw period - tracking invoices, creating letters, running reports and scanning entire draw packages
