I enjoyed being the an advisor for Adventure to Santa Event, a DreamWorks Animation DreamPlace. ADVENTURE TO SANTA is an interactive DreamWorks production that embodies DreamWorks’ distinctive blend of world-class technology and storytelling for a new generation holiday experience. As the DreamPlace Location Advisor assisted & was responsible for upholding the guest and operational experience with the attraction’s photo providers as well as with the mall’s operation team. In addition, I monitored and assist with the execution of all DreamPlace guidelines by reinforcing established guest experience and operational procedures to the onsite teams. Unfortunately, this experience did not return to Kansas City 🏙️

I chose to transition to Pinstripes in hopes of broadening my experience in the events and entrainment industry. While working with a team of four finding sales can be a fun challenge. Expanding my skill set to the other side of the events industry is my ultimate goal.-Review and maintain personal events sold by me, estimated total budget of 675K per year.-Coordinate and organize any event contracts, edits and details once final.-Attend and network all events in conjunction with being on the Lenexa Chamber.-Prepare strategic planning initiatives quarterly, in order to meet sales goals.-Follow up with my client base monthly through maintaining cold calls (40) and Outside Sales initiatives (5).Although my time spent with Pinstripes Inc. was short lived, I found it to be rewarding in many ways. Ultimately, planning and executing events is my passion and much preferred over inside sales!

Marketing Events Planner Responsibilities for this role included planning and execution of all SBC Events that directly affected our retailers from start to finish. In addition to the planning of the office, holiday and company events; such as the annual Awards Banquet for SBC employees with a budget of 90K, I also partnered with the Director of Corporate Development to assist with all Festivals & Charitable events.-Review and maintain event budgets to ensure our department is within fiscal budget.-Attend and lead meetings while being a part of the Leadership Team for SBC.- Improve events based on client feedback, survey data collection, & data analysis per each event.-Create graphic items in Adobe Illustrator for marketing materials at various events.-Coordinate and format the Price Book, a 100+ page publication that required many edit deadlines spanning a 3-week timeline with various teams. This also included Ad creation and approvals.Administrative AssistantWhile being the office Administrative Assistant, I provided exceptional office support to all office staff including the VP’s and President of SBC, while still performing my daily responsibilities, planning and organizing small group events for SBC.-Maintain a positive daily office environment and assist suppliers when they arrive to the office.-Interacted with a wide array of individuals such as managers, co-sales associates and customers to enhance the customer's service experience and to decipher the customer's product needs.-Provide New Hire Orientation for Lenexa & Lawrence divisions; new hire paperwork, IT desk set up,minimal HR involvement and coordination of events for first day of employment.-Created a new Sign In process for all 3 office locations through technological devices and apps.

DH Pace is a great company that believes in promoting within. Throughout my time worked at DH Pace, I was fortunate to work in five different positions and learn the value of being a well rounded individual. I continuously saw the company grow rapidly through each position, going from a small staff of 34 to 135 was simply amazing and being able to assist each individual in the training was the best part! As an Account Coordinator for DHP-National Accounts Facilities I was responsible for a specificterritory. Being on the Automatic Pedestrian Door (APD) team presented challenges as it was the most prestige team due to the amount of liability there is with Automatic Doors. -Manage territory of UT, NM, AZ and CO- Maintained all APD service orders for these states.-Monitor approximately 1500 service calls from beginning to end to ensure immeasurable customer service, along with the AAADM Preventative Maintenance (PM) program quarterly for the largest account, Wal-Mart (1,500 of the 4,400 stores).-Process monthly billing by working through six filters in order to meet end of month billing numbers; open service calls, closed invoices, aged invoices, PM on hold, daily follow up and return calls.-Received first annual Outstanding Achievement Award.Core Team LeadAs a Team Lead at DH Pace I provided support to both the operational and administrative staff functions within the company. -Monitor administrative staff through evaluating performance and give guidance to help each team member preform to the best of their abilities.-Analyze the assigned projects and distribute tasks to the members as per their area of expertise.-Utilize multiple computer systems to update processes and procedures that are used for training purposes and daily references.-Create various invoice platform training documents that are used for training employees that would later assist with customer invoicing as workflow allows.
