Responsible for leading the ITT Industrial Process Product Management, Strategy and M&A functions which includes product life cycle, strategic planning, new product launches, product margin, product pricing, marketing, sales channel development, strategic partnerships, and M&A. Led a multi-discipline team including product management, business development and engineering.

Responsible for managing the ITT Industrial Process Aftermarket & Technology portfolio which includes; strategic planning, new product launches, product margin, product pricing, marketing, sales channel development, aftermarket engineering, IoT engineering & software development, data science, predictive analytics, service center foot print expansion and cultivating inorganic technology and service opportunities. Developed and leads an aftermarket strategy which combines IoT technologies and predictive analytics with traditional aftermarket services to target service level agreements which lower customer’s total cost of ownership while increasing recurring aftermarket revenue streams.In 2015 launched to market ITT Goulds Pumps i-ALERT 2 equipment health monitor which combines the latest in low power, low cost sensors, wireless, next generation cellular, mobile, cloud and predictive analytics technologies. Manage a multi-discipline team including product management, customer service, technical and inside sales, order engineering, manufacturing, electrical & software engineering, front end, back end, mobile & full stack software developers, data science and aftermarket engineering. Directly accountable for the P&L of the Monitoring & Control business unit. Lead sales channel development for new IoT products including OEM partnerships, distribution channel expansion and e-commerce. Experienced in negotiating and executing intellectual property licensing agreements, strategic partnerships and cultivating M&A opportunities.

Responsible for the complete product life cycle management of the Goulds Pumps Industrial product lines from gathering market intelligence, new product concepts, business case development, product launch execution, commercial management including pricing and margin strategies, marketing, sales support and end of life. Managed a product portfolio measured in hundreds of millions of dollars targeted at industrial markets of Oil & Gas, Chemical, Mining, Power, and General Industry.

Directly accountable for the P&L of the Monitoring and Control (M&C) Division. Managed all aspects of the M&C business including strategy, product management, sales support, order handling & processing, supply chain, order execution and field service. Launched new high power products that more than tripled revenues and increased operating income from a loss to double digit OI%.

Managed the PumpSmart product line which includes multi-tiered variable speed drive, load monitor and programmable logic controller product lines. This includes maintaining and developing strategic plans, product roadmaps, writing product specifications, maintaining margin requirements and product costs targets. Developed new pump control algorithms in the areas of sensorless pump protection, sensorless flow calculation, and multi-pump synchronous torque balance.

Responsible for the front line technical and commercial support of pump and control products. Job responsibilities included preparation of technical quotations, technical support, field service and commissioning, and energy savings studies.
