My responsibilities include: Providing knowledgable onboarding and sales presentation of the Progressive Advantage Agency products. Obtaining and evaluating residential and manufactured home and condo information accurately and explaining policy coverage limits, deductables and other pertinent information used to offer the best PAA product to our customers. Educating Progressive customers who have both a home, condo or rent on the benefits of "bundling"​ their home, auto or rent policies with their Progressive auto policy to maximize their savings by receiving a multi-policy discount. By utilizing my vast automobile, special lines product and PAA sales experience, I successfully help Progressive exceed our goals of gaining more "Robinsons"​ for long term customer retention and loyalty. I am goal-driven and thrive in a competitive sales, claims or call center environment. I am an excellent communicator with customers and account contacts as well as adept at using the assumptive close to exceed monthly sales goals. I have daily interaction with key account contacts and our various PAA underwriting partners who provide feedback on product, processes, and procedures.
