Supporting the growing Supply Chain team of Muuto within various fields of work, among others:- Optimizing and maintaining monthly forecast- Developing and updating relevant data in Microsoft Dynamics NAV- Maintaining new barcode setup- Creating guidlines and SOP's for internal use in various operations - Organizing the end-to-end delivery of orders from Chinese and European suppliers to major customers in the U.S., Japan and others- Establishment of Asian logistical setup analyzing relevant offers from multiple forwarders- Developing and maintaining new sparepart setup for end-customers involving coordination between many internal and external stakeholders- Monitoring production expenses and placing purchase orders with Asian and European suppliers
