-Manage the HR Operations team in charge of payroll transactions and SAP systems changes-Lead all compensation related projects and initiatives with Mercer and AGI along with Comcast's annual merit and promotion process-Report and analyze employee data including attrition, compensation and severance using SAP and excel-Run weekly employee rosters, new hire reports and termination reports for the HR Business Partners-Manage the Office Administration team in charge of employee events and office upkeep-Track HR Metrics and KPIs against HR and Company Operating Plan-Own Year-End Compensation and Performance process for US and International and partner with HR Business Partners to ensure clarity and alignment across the business

-Source for candidates with the use of job boards, career fairs, social media and Jobvite-Participate in networking activities including career fairs-Conduct phone interviews with applicants and referrals for roles in sales and client services-Create reports to present to the Chief Human Resources Officer and Recruiting Managers weekly with the use of excel spreadsheets and google docs.-Track recruiters' weekly activity and audit recruiters to ensure the correct usage of the ATS (Jobvite)-Compile monthly reports for social media data to present to the Employee Brand Manager and the Chief Human Resources Officer-Provide monthly reporting and analysis around source activity to present to the Executive Team-Manage the current ATS, job board postings and address any issues -Analyze different ATS to determine the best one for the company
