Current- Lead the Global Operations and Excellence program by designing the vision and blueprint for the end-to-end Improvement programs
- Partner with leaders in many functional areas to facilitate strategy deployment and establish and refine KPI’s in the areas of customer, finance, people and quality to measure success of initiatives
- Define the operational roadmap towards our vision by setting and aligning priorities and goals with business and technology leaders to achieve service quality and efficiency targets
- Manage end-to-end operational process redesign across functions - including Software Solutions, Operations, Go-To-Market. Finance, Compliance and Data Services
