Currently associating as HR Business Partner / HR Generalist role for the Engineering and R&D Services of the company with a span of 1000+ employees, which entails partnering with business function heads and employees spread across all states of India and GEOs and act as a strategic advisor to business in the areas of on-boarding, deputation/transfer, retention, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development and HR driven initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities:Induction & Orientation:-• Maintaining employee information.• Induction & Orientations – Ensuring proper joining kit to new joiners.• Brief about the company policies. • Joining formalities – Ensure complete documentation.• Payroll processing for new joiners in the SAP.• Other Activities: maintenance of personnel records, files, documentation etc.Human Resource Operations:-• To maintain all personal files.• Maintaining employee information.• Maintenance of Attendance & leave.• Maintenance of salary record ensuring disbursement of salary and maintaining all leave records in the SAP.• Ensure proper documentation, maintenance and updating of employee record in SAP.• Generating and dispatching various letters including offer letters, appointment letters & other letters.Involvements for Payroll Activities in the SAP:-• Processing Payroll for HR (EHS) Department as well as Senior Management (GM & above) across the India.• Doing all provision entries, related to payroll provisions.• Handling various advance recoveries from employee, who has not Settled from long time and third party vendors, related to employees.• Ensure deductions of all relevant amounts and as per applicable statutory laws like Income tax, Provident fund & ESI etc.• Issuing Pay slips to the all EHS employees & Senior Management.• Compute and provide the full and final settlement, in case of severance of employment.• Handling employee queries received thru email / phone.Special Payroll Activities in SAP:-• Checking monthly salary reconciliation in terms of tax and other items.• Highlight changes required in existing payroll process.• Finalise monthly payroll input formats.Exit Procedure:-• Processing of Resignations.• Ensuring clearance through proper channel.• Dealing with relieving of employee after resignation.
