Managed the entire creative process from concept to execution, significantly impacting these movies' profiles during award seasons. Contributed to Paramount campaigns that amassed 1,047 award nominations and 418 wins, including 10 Oscars over a decade.Successfully led two redesigns of OPI.com, significantly enhancing OPI's "Digital IQ" by 54% in 2015, as recognized by L2, Inc. Optimized user experience and integrated with Amazon e-commerce. Developed and executed diverse digital marketing campaigns; managed budgets, projects, and client relations, contributing to OPI's digital growth and success.Led a 2014 Webby Award-winning overhaul of Emmys.com, transitioning to the latest Drupal version, delivering a responsive design, and introducing fresh features in time for the Primetime Emmys. Spearheaded UX and visual design for the Television Academy's Nominations platform, streamlining thousands of Emmy applications across 100+ categories. Unified branding across multiple Academy platforms, ensuring a cohesive visual identity for members.
