Key roles/skills: Manpower planning in coordination with the operations team. Work closely with hiring managers at all levels for a better understanding of job requirements. Send requirements to various manpower vendors to source suitable profiles. Manage all staff recruitment processes including, position posting, advertising, short-listing and selection,background checks and hiring. Interview and evaluate job applicants, through video conferencing, tele-interview and walk-in candidates. Full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across our organization & Client requirements. Prepare CTC, offer negotiation, issue offer letters and onboard the candidates. Expertise in all components of Human Resources (employee relations, compensation, benefits, etc.) Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities. Induction and Orientation programs for the New Recruits. Employee Engagement activities, staff welfare activities including periodic team building events.KEY RESULT AREAS Strategy Development - Formulate HR hiring policy, engagement, development and retention strategy for 1 year &3 years, in line with overall business goals. Team Management – Build, motivate and develop teams through regular review, feedback andinteractions.Manpower Planning, HR Budget & Cost Optimization – Planning for human resources requirementsin consultation with HOD / functional heads for new & existing locations, ensuring that manpower cost should notexceed beyond budgeted %age with respect to Annual Business plan. Recruitment – End to end recruitment to meet the business requirements. Stay-in Interviews – Assessment and feedback session with new joinees after 3 months of joining. Training - Facilitate new employee orientation programs. System Development – Implementation of in-house HR system in co-ordination with IT department.
