Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (Supervisor)
CurrentInfluence leadership teams across the Engineering, Accounting & Finance, IT, Clean Energy, and Risk Management divisions. Develop change management strategies in support of major organizational restructurings and initiatives. Guide the transformation of IT and engineering career progressions. Elevate team dynamics and leader capabilities through coaching, training, and other interventions. Supervise and facilitate the development of associate-level HR business partners. Leverage analysis to identify trends and develop engagement, retention, and pay strategies. Represent company and organization on special projects across the enterprise as needed.
