Daekwan(James) Lee, joined DSI in April 2017 as an Production Manager.In his previous experiences, I had a start with freight forwarding company in 2012, primarily concentrating on logistics coordination of heavy equipment such as MRI systems and heat exchanger from & to overseas. In 2014, I joined MRI & CT service company in S.Korea as Project Manager.I transition to the position of CEO follows DSI’s mantra of “putting the right people in the right seat” and is the culmination of a company-wide restructuring that began several years ago.While at DSI, I held key roles spanning from Quality Assurance, new IT system (Oracle Netsuite) implementation and a re-design of DSI’s internal processes.With the fresh attitude, a natural drive for administrative rigor, I quickly became one of the pillars of DSI’s culture and visionI believes leadership starts with serving others. By attending to the needs of our customers and the needs of our peers, we learn to work in mutually beneficial and sustainable ways. I have incorporated these beliefs throughout the life as a Christian. Today, I am thankful to the members of the team who have entrusted in guiding the company to new heights!
