Don Klimoski is the General Counsel of Winmill & Co. Prior to joining Winmill & Co. Mr. Klimoski was the Associate General Counsel of Commvault. Previously, Mr. Klimoski was an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Prior to joining Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, Mr. Klimoski served a one year term as law clerk to the Honorable Freda L. Wolfson of the United States District Court of New Jersey. Prior to his career in law, Mr. Klimoski was a software engineer at the Communications and Electronics Command of the United States Army and lead engineer on multiple software projects involving design, implementation and support of state of the art software technologies as well as briefing key technologies and project progress to senior Army leadership.Mr. Klimoski received his law degree with High Honors from the Evening Division of Rutgers School of Law – Newark, where he was a Saul Tischler Scholar, inducted as a member of the Order of the Coif and served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association. He is admitted to the bars of New York, New Jersey, the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. Mr. Klimoski received his B.S. in Computer Science magna cum laude from Manhattan College, where he was a member of Epsilon Sigma Pi and the Association for Computing Machinery. He has also given back to his community in various ways, including by mentoring foster children, participating in Habitat for Humanity building projects, volunteering at the Emergency Operations Center at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey and as a member of the Young Leadership Board of New Jersey Needs You.
