I'm booking the stand and everything related to this; Designing the stand layout, wall banners, rollups and other graphical material; Planning the staffing of the stand and shipping of exhibition goods, Building up product displays for our selected seats and accessories and lots more.Another important job is keeping our large amount of marketing and sales documents up to date in 6 different languages. Leaflets, brochures, products presentations, user instructions, certificates and more needs to be continuously kept up to date online as well as offline. Creating new material is also an important task when launching new products.My job also includes a lot of coordination and cooperation with our good colleagues in Sweden, UK, Germany and The Netherlands regarding joint participation in other exhibitions than those mentioned above, creating content for our joint websites and Social Media and in general marketing and branding of our "Mother" company BE-GE.Alongside with my marketing responsibles I'm also responsible for the entire IT-setup at our local factory in Frøstrup - strongly accompanied by our BE-GE IT department in Sweden. What can't be handled remotely from Sweden I make sure that is handled.Finally I'll mention my building up of an IT sales tool in our ERP : A rather advanced product configurator that allows our sales representatives and sales back office to easily register customer orders click by click without worrying about mixing up products that are not allowed according to our strict certifications. Koordinering af fusioneringsprojekt : ny online indentitet De tre turistbureauer i hhv. Skagen, Frederikshavn og Sæby fusionerede i sommeren 2013 til Turisthus Nord. Lokalområderne skulle fortsat markedsføres individuelt, og de tre fysiske turistbureauer stadig bevares, men den online repræsentation skulle samles. Min opgave var at lede et team på 5 medarbejdere og koordinere projektet frem mod en fælles online repræsentation. Websiden blev lanceret i april 2014.
