Heading a team in the Technology group that fuels Hartmann technology solutions and are developing, designing and executing projects within the pulp & moulded fibre process and machinery industry. Priorities are to reduce raw material and energy usages, increase performance (OEE), Quality and output of equipment.This means leading & coaching a strong team within Machine equipment, Process & Energy systems, Electrical hardware & Control and Moulds & ToolsAlso responsible for projects cost, quality and lead time, Project Portfolio Management & Technology Management

- Heading the product architecture, requirement management and project execution including the financial, schedule and quality performance of the projects executed within global R&D.- Leading & coaching of 12 direct headcounts of Project Leaders, Product Owners, Architects and experts (Mechanical, Electrical & Topology) as well as ensuring alignment and efficient collaboration with indirect resources (120) from 4 other functions and there leads within R&D 3-phased UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) projects, all executed with a mix of Waterfall, Agile and Lean methods.- Site Leader (May 2016 – Oct 2019), hosting & presenting the site capabilities and skills to customers and VIP’s as-well as responsible of fostering engagement, wellbeing, collaboration and cross-site innovation. Representing the management’s side in Work council. Representing the Kolding site in Country Steering committee, negotiating the annual salary budget & process, pension, healthcare, Christmas gift and other benefits in Schneider Denmark.- Chairman of Offer Safety Steering Committee (Sep 2015 - Feb 2020) for global 3P secure power division. Ensuring all project are executed in compliance with Offer Safety Process and that Safety related custom quality cases are correctly evaluated and corrected.

- Leading a strong global 3 Phase UPS development organization with design centers in Denmark & China – a total of 75 headcounts. Organization dedicated to system development (R&D) of SE´s Secure Power projects – accountable for the teams of Hardware, Mechanical, Verification & Validation in the 3P Systems organization.- Organizational performance, including budget and spend, organizational structure, yearly goal setting, development, performance, salary -review, and recruitment to ensure the right skills and experience, matching the roadmap and task ahead, team motivation, teambuilding and employee engagement measurement and workshops to ensure improvements.- Implementing “Cross Cultural Training” to improve the cross-site efficiency, training teams in managing and working in a global matrix organization. Additional implementing “The Energy Project” to boost the well-being by working with the human factors that fuel sustainable high-performance.- Stakeholder management at all levels of the organization, including Senior Management & leadership team, development teams & employees.
