- Developed YES SB-SBIRT program with King County Best Starts for Kids (BSK) in eight LWSD middle schools.- Met BSK performance-based outcomes per the specific BSK grant requirements related to activity completion and competency attainment.- Developed and maintained relationships with LWSD middle school counselors and administrators. - Trained, coordinated, and monitored LWSD middle school counselors to provide brief interventions, case management and referral services to youth ages eleven to fourteen using SB-SBIRT model. - Screened and provided interventions to students alongside school counselors in eight middle schools. - Designed, ran data, and distributed quarterly and yearly reports regarding implementation protocols, documentation and training practices for SB-SBIRT implementation.- Provided co-occurring, mental health and substance use disorder assessments, diagnosis and crisis intervention support as needed at the YES agency for youth ages 5 to 22.
