Leading a team of passionate program managers to modernize, enhance and expand the ESG data "factory", improve the data quality, and deliver through more powerful applications and integrated ESG and Climate data products and capabilities. I partner with the commercial and engineering teams to ensure technology investments are focused on revenue generating and innovative new product offerings that contribute to MSCI's business and revenue growth. This also includes integrating newly acquired companies into the business portfolio. Most recently, we launched MSCI ESG and Data on Snowflake, Regulatory client solutions, and corporate sustainability insights, among others.

I lead the technical program management for the ESG space within MSCI, focusing on defining the roadmap and priorities for the ESG and Climate "aaS" software for our clients and driving execution of the technical solution delivery. My team drives the functional architecture, data ecosystem design, interaction and integration with common components and frameworks to improve our software engineering processes, including optimizing delivery timelines with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Our objective is to improve the user experience for issuers and help them understand their ratings and metrics and to provide our asset manager clients with the ability to drill down on the data behind the ratings and compare to benchmarks. Our goal is to accelerate development through frameworks, by leveraging Azure PaaS, AI, Databricks, PowerBI and other technology. We've formed deep partnerships with Microsoft and other providers to enable our researchers to quickly create and publish interactive content to our customers and enable innovation in the ESG space.

Responsible for the complete program development of upstream workloads on Azure and deployment in major high priority customers with a particular focus on developing the OSDU. Help customers transform digitally and improve the implementation of born in the cloud technology solutions. Leverage technology such as HPC, AI, and ML to drive innovation across upstream E&P and subsurface data management.

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, my role focuses on ensuring customers are successful with their cloud deployment, all while bringing the functional and business lens into their operations.

Leverage the cloud scale and technology to change the industry and adapt it to the digital age. Enable the digitizing of oil field technology and services across a broad range of processes in the value chain and across upstream, midstream and downstream. I am particularly interested in the integration of reservoir and real time data and business processes which will enable faster and more efficient time to oil and better visibility into the productivity and safe operations of assets.

As the Lead architect in Technical Functions in Upstream BP, my role includes defining the architecture of next generation application and infrastructure solutions to support the Exploration, Subsurface, Reservoir Development and Base Management areas of the business. My role is to ensure that the architectures are well aligned with the wider IT strategy, but also to ensure that the IT strategy is fit for purpose for the business goals and objectives in this area.

Aligning the domain roadmap with the global IST strategy to support the NAGP Power business’ expansion into new markets and development of new structured products as well as supporting the transaction pipe rationalization agenda.๏ Identifying short and medium term functional gaps, and providing architecture guidance and design authority for all solutions delivered within the power IT domain that serve those gaps.๏ Mentoring PMs, delivery leads, and other IT&S colleagues in best practices of software design and architecture.๏ Recognized as high potential and graduated from BP’s IT Aspire development program. As part of that program, I presented a 5 year IT strategy for the ICBT to senior IT stakeholders as part of a stretch initiative.๏ Acting as technical and domain consultant and reviewing application functional and technical design.
