I oversee an operational area of nearly 80,000 sq. km with a portfolio of ₹1,300 crore, covering six regions, 144 branches, and a staff of approximately 1,250. Our active loan clients in the zone number nearly 2.5 lakh. I am responsible for directing, on-the-job training, and supervising 12 audit staff who report directly to me.I plan and conduct audits of six regional and divisional risk offices every six months, adhering to the defined checklists in the audit manual and circulars. Additionally, I schedule and supervise the review of audit reports for 140 branches within 150 to 180 days of the last audit, ensuring each branch is audited twice a year.I conduct staff rating reviews and submissions after random checks of nearly 1,200 operational, risk, and HES staff, including 900 CMs, 140 BMs, 100 ABMs, and others, ensuring no grievances arise post-KPI indexing and annual valuation. Furthermore, I carry out fixed asset and stationery stock reviews for Cashpor Micro Credit to ensure existence, recognition, and cost control.

I manage an operational area of 10,000 sq. km with a portfolio of ₹200 crore, overseeing 200 staff and 45,000 active loan clients. I ensure timely achievement of business plan targets, maintain high portfolio quality, and operational self-sufficiency. I implement effective remedial measures for control breaches, ensure compliance with audit reports, and oversee Credit Plus program implementation. Additionally, I manage the rollout of the company's savings initiative as a Business Correspondent for banks and oversee integrated health and education services with 24 health centers, 96 education centers, 100 tutors, and 72 community health facilitators

I have taught Applied Mechanics, Thermal Engineering, Material Science, Strength of Materials (SOM), and Mechanics of Solid. I coordinated with teachers to promote better performance, managed technical tasks like drafting timetables and handling student performance data, and facilitated communication with authorities. Additionally, I oversaw registration and verification of student data, sessional marks, and data updates, as well as filled out forms for AISHE DCF, AICTE, and BTE Accreditation Extension.
